Action Steps

1. Drink puri­fied water and be care­ful of well water con­stituents. Be par­tic­u­larly mind­ful to avoid high lev­els of cop­per, iron, lead & man­ganese (espe­cially in work envirne­ments).
2. Eat organic foods and focus suf­fi­ciently on cru­cif­er­ous veg­eta­bles and foods high in healthy omega 3 fats.
3. Drink 2 cups of green tea a day
4. Exer­cise daily
5. Reduce expo­sure to pes­ti­cides, thor­oughly wash con­t­a­m­i­nated fruits & vegetables
