Yes, the law of attraction works! Yes, we can attract health  to ourselves using important visualization techniques that will allow us to live bountifully. There is no doubt about the power of visualization and the ways that it can really help to improve your life!

Unfortunately, sometimes the issues in our lives go a little beyond just having the health that we want and need. Sure, it never helps to have the resources that allow us to live our lives comfortably. But what a lot of people may not realize is that it is not the ultimate solution. Visualization may help us get what we need, but it isn't going to give us the tools to use it wisely. That is solely on us.

Sometimes when we need to have more energy , it's a sign that we were not wise with the energy that we were able to get in the first place. Many people find themselves overwhelmed by things like waste of time , toxic relationships, drifting down,... that may end up feeling insurmountable. And sure, using visualization to get yourself out of that hole can work. But it isn't going to prevent you from digging a new one later on.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that you will have all of your health issues solved by visualization if you aren't also taking your own habits into consideration. There are ways that we can live abundantly, and there are also patterns in our minds that we need to work on to ensure that what we are doing is going to remain as beneficial to our lives as possible. Utilizing visualization is a great first step. You can have what you need. But the next step should be in learning how to use it wisely.

Developing new habits and a wiser mentality can help you to get the most out of your visualization techniques. Don't let yourself feel like you have been cheated or that your visualization hasn't actually worked for you when it has and the issue is now the way you are using the resources you have attracted to your life. 

Step one is learning how to structure your life in a way that will allow you to use your health wisely. You may have to learn more about how your mind works and develop the tools you need to ensure that the choices you make are always going to be the most constructive to your life. You may need to work on forming habits and putting the thought and consideration into future planning so that your resources will not be misused. And you may also need to work on setting boundaries with people so that you are surrounded only by those who want to see you thrive.

Don't blame visualization for failing you energetically when it may very well be poor planning and lack of good habits that is what is holding you back. Learn as much as you can about yourself. After all, knowledge is power! And good habits make your resources go far!
