Head to heart

 Chunyi Lin, a master of Qigong, teaches a technique called "Tan Tien Breathing" which involves visualizing universal love and light coming into the body while inhaling, and visualizing the release of negative energy while exhaling. To recharge one's energy quickly, Lin suggests focusing on the middle dantian, located behind the navel, and inhaling universal love and light while visualizing it collecting in the lower dantian. Exhaling, one visualizes releasing energy blockages and negative emotions in the form of smoke shooting out from every part of the body to the ends of the universe. By searching for the "sparkling light" in the middle of the soft light in the lower dantian, one can access the essence of their Chi, which contains the information for rebuilding damaged tissues and cells in the body. Practicing this breathing technique can increase focus, recharge energy, and increase the vibration of one's Chi, which can increase healing power.
